Community Engagement
Our shared accommodation is often fully furnished and is safe and secure. We maintain our accommodation to a high standard and will regularly monitor it by carrying out inspections to ensure your health and well-being is prioritised.
We will provide you with a person centred support plan and this can often mean working alongside different agencies that can offer you specialist support according to your individual need.
We will support you to register and engage in projects that you have an interest in, so that you can feel confident in fulfilling your potential which will in turn help you towards achieving positive outcomes.
